I can only speak about its application my I-pad, if you buy this, start by entering your personal security question 1st, then your answer. It then will let U enter your E-mail & password to setup your acct. & get it working.
I Would like the ability to request & receive my forgotten password by E-Mail or the ability to change it via their site?
